How many a person who fasts but has no more than thirst from his fast. How many a person who stands for long nights in worship but has no more than sleeplessness and toil from his wakefulness. How wonderful is the sleep, rest and the eating and drinking of the sagacious. \'Ali (as)

Imam Jaffer al-Sadiq (a.s.): narrating on the authority of his forefathers from the Messenger of Allah (p.b.u.h.) who said, "He who feeds a believer to satiate him, Allah will feed him from the fruits of heaven, he who dresses him to remove his clothlesness, Allah will give him clothing of brocade and silk, he who quenches the thirst of a believer, Allah will give him drink of the sealed container, and he who helps him or removes his grief, Allah will settle him under the shade of His Ark on the Day of Reckoning when there is no shade except for His Shade."
