About the school:

Uk Wing Chun Association is a large UK body with schools in all major cities. It has strong and extensive links with the great grandmasters of the system in Hong Kong and China and affiliated schools in the USA and Middle East.

There is a simple two-tiered payment system where you either pay as you attend or if you pay a monthly fee you can attend as many classes as you like.

Instructors:

Zubair Khan and Abid Mahmood have over 40 years Wing Chun experience between them.

About the System:

The most popular form of kung Fu today based on it's reputation for fast, efficient, aggressive self-defence. It is considered the best art for a small person to defend him or herself against a large person due to it's short range close fighting style, centre-line theory, simultaeous attack and defence using the concept of the intercepting fist and economy of motion.

It is the only art that the celebrated Bruce Lee formally studied, therby adding to it's popularity.

Training times at the Birmingham HQ:

Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday 7pm to 8:30pm
Sunday 10am to 11:30am

Classes also in Kidderminster, Telford, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Solihull and other venues around Birmingham including University and college campuses.
