Papa Wood auditioning Bass Players

We have received alot of responses for our bass player add. To any one who may be interested please send info....age, bands played with, experience, equipment,and how many of the songs we cover do you already know. I'll still be in Third Eye, Kel. I'm stepping down from Papa Wood to focus on recording some original material and enjoy some time off. Between Third Eye, Papa Wood, and my day job, I wouldn't want to spread myself too thin or get burnt out. The gigs and the cash are great, but right now my heart is telling me to move on. It's not an easy decision to make because I LOVE these guys. Two years ago they took in a goofy short haired mexican that played TOO loud and drank TOO much! (I still don't get what they see in me.) We worked REALLY hard to make Papa Wood one of THE BEST bands in San Antonio. I'm proud of what we've accomplished and MOST of all, I'm proud to call them my friends. I'll continue gigging with them until the end of April or until we find a solid replacement. Nevertheless, we'll continue to give 110% at each performance. "MAS PUUUUUUTO!!!" We have secured a bass player!! Wow! I didn't know there were that many bass players in town. Want to thank everyone for the interest. Sorry we couldn't try out everyone that contacted us and thank you to those who did try out. Thanks again!!! Anyone know of any available singers???????? |
