Rowan and this website
Please do me a huge favor by keeping Rowan and her family in your thoughts. She's been in Corpus this week staying with her big brother at the hospital; he's been very ill and trying to make a recovery. I just spoke with her and this timing is crucial for him. All of this coming on the tail of my announcing that I'm not going to be able to do the majority of the Nightly Listings for awhile due to some pesky migraine issues  .This site has been rocking hits off the charts, doing awesome, & we really want it to stay that way! Please, start postings your gigs on the schedule, and between SA Rocker and myself, we can keep the blog moving right along. Rowan's got a 2nd pc now, school will be letting out early June, and we're all gonna make sure this sweet place keeps rocking! Thanks so much... |

Any band needing a digital flyer on the blog posted can send it to sa-rocker@hotmail.com and I'll get it posted as soon as possible. If you have other news to post, please include it in the body of your e-mail. I'll attempt to correct any grammar, spelling and punctuation mistakes, but please do me a favor and use a spell-checker on your stuff! Obviously, the sooner you can send items to me, the better. When I have time, I'll go look around Myspace and find any flyers that haven't been mailed in, but it's up to you to help us keep SA Rocks a kick-ass site and great source of information. Many bands get gigs from having their stuff posted here, so it really benefits you to support the efforts here! |

My brother is improving, although progress is very slow. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts. I should be back in SA tomorrow, and I will be trying to get some work done on the site, since Kel is currently unable to work on it. Please help as much as you can by entering your own listings. It only takes a minute and it's a big help!! BTW, I can't check my email. I'm using someone else's laptop on the hospital's wireless and it won't let me acess gmail. So, if you have sent me anything, I apologize for not getting back to you. |
