Spreading the word
How often have you stood in a supermarket and heard a shopper religiously search for the lowest fat product, as though it is the one thing that matters? Given that the food industry will only generally respond to a market demand, and general understanding of what really constitutes healthy eating is poor, do you think it is up to low carbers to help educate the market? If so, how could we do it? |
