Subject:   Re: white zin Name:   I Like Bread Date Posted:   Mar 10, 05 - 7:46 PM Message:   Same grape, the winemaker just removes the grape skins(from where red wine gets its color) really early in the fermentation process. White zin has a higher level of sugar and is usually not aged very long.
