Alright Lee, yes you can use your free STO workshop at any of the one days we are having at Active.

No plans as yet to run any kinesio taping courses, as we work with Rocktape and they run their own.

We do host KinesioUK courses, and we are also hoping to host Rocktape courses too, but not sure when.
