Well folks I MAYBE the first to post from out of town So I will say a BIG HELLO.
I will be in Fleetwood some time in the very near future for a visit.
Can anyone help me out though.
Has anyone got a recipe for "pork pies". You know the ones I mean something like the old Michelbachs store on Lord St used to make. I know that they would never be the same,but anything close with that pinky colored meat would be nice. How does one keep the meat pink anyway?
