Off topic. 1947 ES2 wheels offset.

Hi folks!

I´m helping a friend with his 1947 ES2 and I think something is wrong with the wheels offset. The front wheel is not centered with the forks and the rear one is too close to the final drive chain and not alligned with the mudguard.
The rims (front and rear) should be centered to the hubs or do they have some specific offset?

Tanks in advance for any help.

Kindest regards,

Matías.
