Sorry I can't help with photos etc as I've never ever seen these pannier toolboxes. I've heard of them but I believe them to be that rare that they may have been restricted to just one contract?
Can you post pictures of what you have?

Have just found one of these pannier toolboxes, lips are still on there, but will have to look which side it is, Always difficult to see!

Recently I bought a pair of early pannier toolboxes for my 16H. There are 3 bracket on the left hand side tool box and it's clear where to bolt them.
On the right hand side toolbox all brackets are gone. Does this toolbox also have 3 brackets?. I can only see 2 points where to bolt 2 brackets. If there a third bracket on the toolbox I don't have a clue where to bolt it on.
Can you guys help me out with pictures etc?.

My 16H was made under contract C.6653, so pannier toolboxes were placed originally. What contract is your 16H from?
Both right and left hand side toolboxes have 3 brackets attached. Please see pictures for attachment points.
