Hi all,

The 7DL is indeed the right jack, they come up on ebay often, but be carefull not to pay too much! strangely the postwar ones are going much higher as they were used on the Austin Healeys etc. 1937/8/9 seems to be the common dates, have not seen any 1940's dated ones.

I powdercoated mine;



The handle is a special affair, will eventually scale up the picture in the parts list, and have some made (Ron?)



It's very advisable to have one with you, I had a puncture once on Guernsey, and the jack came in very handy!!

Clive, that one has the wrong top, so not Big 4.

As Ron stated, has to have a cast "L" shaped top bit.
