thx for your postings. meanwhile i have found a good kickstart lever.
i have fixed the shaft of my bike. one of the previous owners has welded the kickstart lever to the shaft. i had to grind the remains of the weldseam with my air grinder. now the new kickstart lever is perfectly mounted on the shaft.
