That's sounds great Dave, and looks good too
I see your down pipe has ended up nowhere near the mounting bolt at the front of the engine. No one seems to make a pipe that fits these days

I think your pipe needs to come up a bit, I had the same problem with mine. It fitted a lot better when I cut about 3/4" off at the head. I still needed a small spacer to get the clamp onto the bar, I might have got it closer by cutting a tiny bit more off but didn't want to risk cutting it too much. You might have to click on the picture to see it properly.

Brilliant job. Idles more reliably than my old heap. Is the magdyno chain a bit tight though?
