would like to find out what I can from the engine and frame numbers which I have attached.
Engine number W90676 79X
Frame 90123.
I would appreciate any information that you could offer.
Well as far as the 79X is concerned. That is part of the stamping 79X100 which is the bore and stroke in millimetres. Someone who has a copy of Orchard and Madderns book will be able to help with the frame number but is probably about 1944/5. There is usually a prefix W but that is sometimes missing or faint.
