While installing the various parts for the driveshaft, I found that installing the cover it was standing proud with a fair amount of space.
The cover itself has an internal shield that looks missing on the big4 part description. Most likely the cover is not from that model. It has three rivets holding it. Easily removed.
In addition my brake hub does not have empty sections as seen in the parts list. It is made from a solid section on which the teeth are machined.
Would it be possible for anyone to verify the depth of the brake hub? The part that holds the large bearing seems too tall for the brake hub that I am using.
Would be grateful for your comments. Have 95% of all parts and hoping to get it done someday.
