The MC itself was made on contract S2601 in 1944 with likely census number C5269200 which would have been applied on the petrol tank.
A number of machines from this contract was also delivered to the Norwegian Army (likely post-war) but I have no complete overview of them. Free Norwegian forces in England also had Nortons.
