Afternoon all! I am looking to make a wiring loom for my 16h and would like to know if anyone knows what the original wire gauge size used was? Or what do you all prefer using… I know there is a complete loom available on Fleabay but I do prefer to do as much as I can to any on my restorations myself.. Ta! Gary
Some friends here have used a black silicone covered wire with an outside diameter around 4 mm. (test lead wire ?)
Internal wire diameter is not so inportant but you do need a minimum of 1,5 square mm for it.
12 meter will be needed for one machine if it includes an additional earth wire from frame (battery carrier stud) to headlamp.
