Hi all I've still not received any form of certification for my STO membership , I'll hopefully get over to see you guys soon to do some CPD's, what courses are available with my membership currently ?? I thought i better send a separate post as my last one was little long winded, Cheers lee
Lee, you need to pick your certifictes up from manchester as Richard has sent you at least 5 myofascial and 2 membership certs. does your postman eat them....

Ok mate I've got my myofascial release certificate , in fact I've got 2 now lol Ive got an apoointment also with David lloyd to get this Sports hernia sorted as well **** injuries !Cheers, see you soon Hopefully
