Does anyone have experience of setting up insurance so that you can see clients at home? Something like a home worker insurance maybe? I can't find what I need and my home insurance is due for renewal but only officially allows 3 clients a week in house before its invalidated.
Ive had one room of my house removed from home insurancem and have special business insurance for that room, it had to have a locking door between house and room and seperate entrance but that was easliy achieved given the set up of my bungalow.
Hi, I just had a chat with my insurers at renewal time. They had to change the policy, but the premium hardly increased. No restrictions on locking doors as I stated that I was using a room within the main part of the home. Only thing I couldn't get covered without a large hike to premiums was cash and stock.
