I really just want to sweep up all the albums, but there does not seem to be a comprehensive box set, just the stand alone individual albums or the 2 cd best of from the 1990s. I noticed the 'Love Trilogy' set that has the first 3 albums does anyone have this? is it one of those horrid thick plastic 3-way jewel cases or a slimline card slip case with card sleeves maybe? Any info gratefully recieved.

Re: How to buy Love (the band I mean!)
Hello Paul, from a quick look at the tracklisting of the Love Trilogy, one comes to the conclusion that this is just a repackaging of Love's first three albums as they were originally reissued on CD first time around. That is, no digital remastering and no bonus tracks or mono & stereo versions. I would recommend you to get the three albums separately. Love's debut and Da Capo were reissued by Elektra/Rhino in the early 2000's, each with both mono & stereo versions and great remastering. Later on, it was Forever Changes' turn to "suffer" Rhino's treatment, this time being added some bonus material(outakes and alternates). Rather than the Trilogy packaging, these are the three to get in my opinion. By the way, Forever Changes has been reissued as a double CD in the Deluxe edition format as well.
