For those who, like me, live in the continent, the P&P is more expensive thant the product itself. All together, nearly 14 quid. How come is not on sale at Amazon.co.uk, I wonder?

Just got my copy, and it's very good. My one criticism would be that they could have used a much smaller font size and thus reduced the number of pages, which would have made the printing and postage costs a lot cheaper. I live in the UK, but I think I would be put off by the postage costs if I lived elsewhere.

Most UK psych enthusiasts are old ba.stards so the large print helps with diminishing eyesight...
