any info on above guy[very Walker Bros] did he make any cds albums? how many singles did he make etc thanks

‘They’ (rather than‘He’!) were a trio of white Australians, even though they sound convincingly like an Afro-Amercian Stax label band. Active in 1968-70, they only released 2 singles in the uk, though they seem to have issued a third in their homeland. I have an original UK 45 on Parlaphone of the brilliant ‘Temptation ‘Bout To Get Me’, a wonderful record. See a lot more about them on the milesago website here:

Never really did it for me. Did sound like a poor man's Walker Brothers, but to me the songs weren't as good.

They had great pedigrees-Wild Cherries & Grandma's Tonic but this far removed from that.

Sort of like an early manufactured boy band.
