why does the release date for lets go down and blow our minds box set keep getting put back. it was supposed to come out on the 30th september, then the 14th, now theyre saying the 21st october. why is this

I would assume because of delays in manufacture from suppliers.

Don't be suprised if it gets put back again as well. At this time of year every tom dick and Sony want their product out well in time for Christmas sales. Hence 20,000 copies of Elvis Presley sings Christmas carols or some such twaddle for Universal or whoever will always get priority over a couple of thousand copies of Let's Go Down... etc for little ol' Cherry Red at the CD pressers,it's just business. If it takes a month to knock out those 20,000 and puts back C.Red's 2,000 run by a month or so, then that's what will happen. So blame all the Johny Mathis type yuletide cringers you will see on Amazon due for release on time for Christmas for the British psych sounds of 67 edging ever closer to January next year!
