It's a recording of indeterminate origin - kind of a bootleg recording of unknown authorship.

Try looking on Dime or elsewhere.

Looks to me like this UK Psychedlia Discussion Forum is about heads in the UK discussing psychedelic music ... but if you drop a tab and listen to Boomer's story, you might learn something, son.

He was in a band called The Ceyleib People, a psychedelic concept group from Los Angeles, California, USA and also played on Captain Beefheart's Safe as Milk album.

Sounds quite psychedelic to my third ear.

Agree on his earlier output but not his solo stuff.


And I guess if you're dropping a tab then perhaps anything you're listening too could become psychedelic
