Peter Green,(born Peter Allen Greenbaum) co-founder of Fleetwood Mac is 73 today.



Green inspired B.B. King to say, “He has the sweetest tone I ever heard; he was the only one who gave me the cold sweats.” Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page have both lauded his guitar playing. Green’s playing is noted for its idiomatic string bending and vibrato and economy of style.

I saw Peter Green a few years back at The Dernegate,Northampton a few years back..he needed a bit of help but still showed his great talent

Glad to see and hear that he is still going after everything he's been through.
