Over the years I've picked up some things that I can't seem to value from Discogs, Popsike or such so thought I'd check here.
Peter Hammill-Fool's Mate U.S. Charisma original with textured sleeve. Ex cond.
" " " " Aust Philips original. Ex cond.
Hawkwind-Quark UK orig issue . VG con. Side 1 has no label. Does not appear to have been removed. Mistake during production?
Beach Boys-20/20 Orig Hong Kong Liming label
Sounds Incorporated-s/t -World Record Club label. Same as s/t Columbia label but completely different sleeve and labels. Ex+ cond
Neil Young-After The Goldrush-Orig Aust g/fold sleeve with lyric sheet poster. According to discogs it was only released in Aust as a single sleeve? M- cond.
The Beatles-White Album Orig Aust issue # A53535. Contains photos, poster and lyric sheet in as new cond BUT track 5 side 4 has a mark. Not a scratch but a small blob of something that affects play. Rest of discs are VG+
Probably because they're Austalian issues Greg. I have a New Zealand edition of the Pretty Things SF Sorrow in a tip-on laminated sleeve but it's a single sleeve not gatefold like UK editions, looks like a first press in NZ though (I'm told they imported UK editions before this). Can't find anything definitive about it though.
You might be able to get some info at one of these sites. No doubt there are more of em. Goldmine or Rare Record Price Guide have websites but think you have to pay....
You can get their 2020 books off Ebay for around £20 each.
