I came across the above term today whilst looking at DC5 info and as I havent heard the term before I was hoping some of you sleepy lot might have some info bands and such

There was no such thing Phil. It was a managerial publicity puff as the DC5 came from the Tottenham area. It was just cashing in on the media idea of 'Merseybeat'of the time.
