One last ferry journey across the Mersey for Gerry Marsden.

My sister and husband saw Gerry perform as recently as 2019 appearing at one of Tony Blackburn's 60's nights, apparently a great geezer chatting with fans etc though needed the aid of a walking stick on stage. Not sure if they had their photo taken with him but if there is one I'll share it here

He certainly lived off those few hits from the sixties.

Been listening to him a lot lately.
He definitely helped forge the course of music history.
