Looking at that tracklist,i'm salivating,as theres much to enjoy indeed!!
As i've mentioned elsewhere on here,i've been going through a French phase for the last 6 months,picking up French albums on cd from the late60s/early 70s,and quite a few French comps too,i am very impressed with what was coming out of France in that period,even their pop records have something special about them,they caught something special in a bottle in those 5 years from 67-72ish in France,i don't know if it was the studios giving their records a unique sound differnt from either the USA and the UK..........but they became adventurous,even on the pop records.
Anyway,i'm not a tech head and have no idea how to transfer this comp onto my computer,and to be able to copy onto a couple of cdrs,i'm utterly hopeless even after all those years!!
It's good of you to give folks the chance to hear and have this period of French music to enjoy in their homes etc.Good on you Mark!!
