Lord as we gather this day we ask that you bless those that are delivering your word especially our Deacon Matthew Helmich. We also ask that all those receiving your word will do so with a open heart and that your message will be written in their spirit,

We also hold up the Leadership of Jesus is Lord Fellowship and pray that you will build a hedge of protection around their lives.

As Deacon Matthew comes to the podium let us take a moment to bow our heads in prayer.
Today let us remember to prayer today for ourselves. For our own needs in health, wealth and happiness and for our spiritual wellbeing and growth
As we pray also let us hold up all the prayer requests that we have received this past week. Let us also be in agreement with the unspoken prayers that lay in each of our hearts.
Let us lift up all those that have been called as Prayer Warriors, that they may have the Lords strength as they pray and that a hedge of protection may surround them and their families
Let us also prayer for the needs of our local Church including the needs of Jesus is Lord Fellowship WWI. Let us as God for provisions so that His church may be able to continue the work that He has set aside for it. Let us pray for those that have been called to leadership in His church that they may have strength and a Godly vision at all times. Let us place a hedge of protection around Leaders and their families so that they may be healed from all health problems.

Let us pray that as we listen today our heart and our inner soul will be open to the words so that we may feed freely on the message and drink from the Holy Spirit.

We welcome all National and International Fellowship members and visitors around the globe as you receive the spiritual nutrition of the Lords Word.



Turn to 2 Timothy 2:15, then to 2 Timothy 3:16-17
2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

I have a question for you this morning. Are you a student of the bible?

A true student of the bible studies the bible at home every day, besides the times of Sunday School, Sunday Morning, Sunday Evening, Wednesday Evening, revival services, or whenever you go to church. However, if you attend one service a week, what do you with your bible after you return home? Sadly, most of the people places it on the bookshelf or your bedroom and do not open it until the next Sunday.

God is challenging all Christian to present yourself as a worker that He approves. A Christian should read be a studier of God’s word every day, if you do not you will make God ashamed and you are not handling the word of truth, or your bible like you should. A witness of the Lord, reads their bible to be an effective witness for Him. A Sunday School teacher reads their bible daily to be an effective teacher and teach their students biblical principles to help them grow as a bible student. A deacon, pastor, missionary or an evangelist reads their bible daily to get their sermon from the Lord and preach the congregation biblical views on different subjects to help them grow in God’s word.

Well, the bible, to me is like a textbook you use in school or college and you should not make it a dust collector. If you are lost and without Christ, God will ***** your heart or place you under conviction for accepting Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, and teachers or a pastor can lead you to Christ

Well, I am going to make you a challenge. Get yourself a bible and start reading it in Genesis 1. A young Christian can do a chapter a day, and finish the bible in a little over 3 years, but if you are advanced Christian can do three a day, a finish the bible in a little over a year, or they can use a daily schedule to it. As a personal student, I have done it in 14 of the last 16 years and read the bible in different ways over the years. You can get different plans online or from your pastor. Some Christians also do a devotional reading as well daily to help them with spiritual thinking, which works, but for this month, I am doing both for 2015 and adding prayer as well.

We need to rebuke the enemy and teachers that preach or teach false doctrines and as we sin, we need to correct each other when we do the wrong instead of the right ways of God’s word and train us so we can train others. We must be equipped for anyone saved or lost that has bible questions and also to the teachers of false doctrines to tell them the truth of God’s word.
