JESUS IS LORD FELLOWSHIP WORLD WIDE INTERNATIONAL
Where we make a difference in People’s lives

Opening Prayer
Lord as we gather this day we ask that you bless those that are delivering your word especially our Senior Pastor Dr Diana Brevan. We also ask that all those receiving your word will do so with a open heart and that your message will be written in their spirit,

We also hold up the Leadership of Jesus is Lord Fellowship and pray that you will build a hedge of protection around their lives.

Praise and Worship:
Jesus Loves Me This I Know Hymn

Jesus loves me! This I know,
For the Bible tells me so.
Little ones to Him belong;
They are weak, but He is strong.

Refrain

Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

Jesus loves me! This I know,
As He loved so long ago,
Taking children on His knee,
Saying, “Let them come to Me.”

Refrain

Jesus loves me still today,
Walking with me on my way,
Wanting as a friend to give
Light and love to all who live.

Refrain

Jesus loves me! He who died
Heaven’s gate to open wide;
He will wash away my sin,
Let His little child come in.

Refrain

Jesus loves me! He will stay
Close beside me all the way;
Thou hast bled and died for me,
I will henceforth live for Thee.

Refrain
Jesus Lover Of My Soul Hymn

Jesus, lover of my soul, let me to Thy bosom fly,
While the nearer waters roll, while the tempest still is high.
Hide me, O my Savior, hide, till the storm of life is past;
Safe into the haven guide; O receive my soul at last.

Other refuge have I none, hangs my helpless soul on Thee;
Leave, ah! leave me not alone, still support and comfort me.
All my trust on Thee is stayed, all my help from Thee I bring;
Cover my defenseless head with the shadow of Thy wing.

Wilt Thou not regard my call? Wilt Thou not accept my prayer?
Lo! I sink, I faint, I fall - Lo! on Thee I cast my care;
Reach me out Thy gracious hand! While I of Thy strength receive,
Hoping against hope I stand, dying, and behold, I live.

Thou, O Christ, art all I want, more than all in Thee I find;
Raise the fallen, cheer the faint, heal the sick, and lead the blind.
Just and holy is Thy Name, I am all unrighteousness;
False and full of sin I am; Thou art full of truth and grace.

Plenteous grace with Thee is found, grace to cover all my sin;
Let the healing streams abound; make and keep me pure within.
Thou of life the fountain art, freely let me take of Thee;
Spring Thou up within my heart; rise to all eternity.

Just A Closer Walk With Thee Hymn

I am weak, but Thou art strong;
Jesus, keep me from all wrong;
I’ll be satisfied as long
As I walk, let me walk close to Thee.

Refrain

Just a closer walk with Thee,
Grant it, Jesus, is my plea,
Daily walking close to Thee,
Let it be, dear Lord, let it be.

Through this world of toil and snares,
If I falter, Lord, who cares?
Who with me my burden shares?
None but Thee, dear Lord, none but Thee.

Refrain

When my feeble life is o’er,
Time for me will be no more;
Guide me gently, safely o’er
To Thy kingdom shore, to Thy shore.

Refrain

1 Corinthians 13 New King James Version (NKJV)
The Greatest Gift

13 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.

13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
As most people know, 1 Corinthians 13 is known as the love chapter in the bible and written by the apostle Paul.
The apostle Paul tells us that even though you speak in a different dialect or language, you can’t impress true love knowing a foreign language and you will be like an instrument in a band and just make noise. Paul was blessed with the spiritual gift of prophecy, but to understand the mysteries and gaining knowledge through the word of God and have the faith to move spiritual mountains and not express love, it is worthless. By giving food to the poor and sacrificing his own body to be burned for Christ, and by not showing love, it is good for nothing.
In verses 4-7. Paul shows some examples of love. Kindness is the first example of love. Being kind to your friends, family and co-workers shows the love you have for others, and the opposite envy was used to deliver our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ to the Roman governor and the Jews wanted Him crucified. Love shows used when you are humble, and not when you are full of pride. If you behave with proper conduct and do things for good it demonstrates love, rather than you are rude to people you dislike at work, school, with your neighbors or family. You need to rejoice in the things of truth than in the lies and deceit. You should bear burdens of others and believe in things, and when you are down to have the hope and endurance to tackle anything that you face in life.

In verse 8, love will never fail and when prophecy is spoken falsely, it will come to pass and never happen. When you speak in a foreign language and no one understands you will fail to gain knowledge and the message will fade away without remembering it. In verse 9, true words of prophecy and things that come to pass in a faithful manner. In verse 10, things that come to perfection or completion will last, but it is done in a part or half way manner it will not work and love will fall apart.
In verse 11, Paul mentions when he was a child (under the age of twelve) he did childish things and he learned things as a child, he understood it as a child, but he grew as an adult and was a roman soldier and later become a Christian, he put the childish things away and think as an adult. When you look in a mirror, you show have a bright smile, and not be in a dull frown when you face your peers. You have faith, hope, and love as a Christian, but the strongest of these three things is love.
The greatest of love, is not with a Valentine’s day card, but the valentine that our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ did on the cross, when he died on the cross and shed his blood for our sins, that we can be saved from our sins and have Him as our Saviour. Nearly twenty-five years ago, I accepted the Lord as my Lord and Saviour on April 2, 1993. I got the biggest valentine anyone can receive. Turn to John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Do you know the Lord as your Saviour, if you do and you are not demonstrating love for one another, you need to repent and give love to others. If you do not, you need to ask someone to help you lead you to Christ and do 1) admit you are lost and a sinner, 2) believe that Jesus died, was buried and was resurrected from the dead after three days and nights in the grave, and 3) confess your sins to God and accept the Lord as your Saviour and you will receive the valentine of a lifetime.
