Good Morning!

Psalm 14:1-3
1 Only fools say in their hearts, There is no God. They are corrupt, and their actions are evil; no one does good!
2 The Lord looks down from heaven on the entire human race; he looks to see if there is even one with real understanding, one who seeks for God.
3 But no, all have turned away from God; all have become corrupt. No one does good, not even one!

As a consequence of sin, death and a corrupt nature entered the human race. We were created by God for God and meant to live in fellowship with Him forever. But as result of sin, we have all turned from the only source of Life and have chosen to live without God. Romans 3:23 tells us that, "For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Though each one of us in our own way has betrayed God, He did not abandon us. There is hope for us. As God promised, He sent the One who would rescue us. His name is Jesus. The only Son of God became one of us and took the penalty for our sin when He died on the Cross. Because God is holy and just, He cannot look on sin. But because Jesus Christ became a man while never giving up His deity, He never sinned. There was no corruption in Him, therefore He could be the perfect atonement for our sin. He stepped in and took the penalty for our sin. Every sin you ever committed or ever will commit can be covered by the Blood of Christ. So when you go before the Father, He sees you through the Blood and you are without sin. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3:16,17)

Como consecuencia del pecado, la muerte y una naturaleza corrupta entraron en la raza humana. Fuimos creados por Dios para Dios y pensamos vivir en comunión con Él para siempre. Pero como resultado del pecado, todos hemos desviado de la única fuente de Vida y hemos elegido vivir sin Dios. Romanos 3:23 nos dice que, "Porque no hay diferencia, porque todos pecaron, y están destituidos de la gloria de Dios". Aunque cada uno de nosotros a su manera ha traicionado a Dios, no nos abandonó. Hay esperanza para nosotros Como Dios prometió, Él envió a Aquel que nos rescataría. Su nombre es Jesús. El único Hijo de Dios se hizo uno de nosotros y tomó la pena por nuestro pecado cuando murió en la Cruz. Debido a que Dios es santo y justo, no puede ver el pecado. Pero debido a que Jesucristo se hizo hombre sin renunciar nunca a su deidad, nunca pecó. No había corrupción en Él, por lo tanto, Él podría ser la expiación perfecta por nuestro pecado. Él intervino y tomó la pena por nuestro pecado. Cada pecado que alguna vez cometió o alguna vez cometerá puede ser cubierto por la Sangre de Cristo. Entonces cuando vas ante el Padre, Él te ve a través de la Sangre y estás sin pecado. "Porque tanto amó Dios al mundo, que dio a su Hijo unigénito, para que todo aquel que en él cree no se pierda, sino que tenga vida eterna. Porque Dios no envió a su Hijo al mundo para condenar al mundo, sino para que el mundo ser salvado." (Juan 3: 16,17)
