Psalms 100:1-5, "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. A Passion for Prayer.
• Matthew 26:36-41, "Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Geth-semane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder. And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sor-rowful and very heavy. Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrow-ful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. And he went a little fur-ther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into tempta-tion: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." It is in prayer that the vic-tory is won. James 5:14-18, "Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The ef-fectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man sub-ject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit."

I believe with my heart and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord and Savior of my life. Thank You for saving me!
