Turn to Proverbs 28:1-7

28 The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.

2 For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

3 A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food.

4 They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.

5 Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the Lord understand all things.

6 Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.

7 Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father.
A wicked man will run from the enemy when no man is pursuing him, while a righteous man will be bold as a lion when he speaks to others. The sin of a country can be blamed on the prince. However, a man of understanding and knowledge can know the transgression and prolong the process of it. A poor man that oppresses another poor man is like a rain that leaves no food for either man. People that forsakes the law praises the wicked and the ones that keep the law are content. Evil men do not understand judgement, while the good man understand everything from the Lord. Better is the poor that walks in a upright way than a rich man walks in the perverse way. A person that keeps God’s laws is wise, but a man of riot will cause shame to his father by disobedience of the law.
