Psalm 11
King James Version
11 In the Lord put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?

2 For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.

3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

4 The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

5 The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.

7 For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.

El SEÑOR, refugio del justo

11 Al músico principal. Salmo de David.

En el SEÑOR me he refugiado. ¿Por qué, pues, dicen a mi alma:
“Escapa cual pájaro al monte ”?
2 Pues he aquí, los impíos han preparado su arco, y han colocado las flechas en la cuerda para atravesar en oculto
a los rectos de corazón.
3 Si son destruidos los fundamentos,
¿qué podrá hacer el justo?
4 El SEÑOR está en su santo templo;
el SEÑOR tiene su trono en los cielos. Sus ojos ven;
sus párpados examinan a los hijos del hombre.
5 El SEÑOR prueba al justo,
pero su alma aborrece al impío
y al que ama la violencia.
6 Sobre los impíos hará llover brasas; fuego, azufre y vientos huracanados serán la porción de la copa de ellos.
7 Porque el SEÑOR es justo y ama la justicia;
los rectos contemplarán su rostro.
