25 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.

3 And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,

4 And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair,

5 And rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and ****tim wood,

6 Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,

7 Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.

8 And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.

9 According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.

10 And they shall make an ark of ****tim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

11 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.

12 And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.

13 And thou shalt make staves of ****tim wood, and overlay them with gold.

14 And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.

15 The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.

16 And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

17 And thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

18 And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.

19 And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

20 And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

21 And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.

22 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

23 Thou shalt also make a table of ****tim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

24 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.

25 And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.

26 And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.

27 Over against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table.

28 And thou shalt make the staves of ****tim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them.

29 And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them.

30 And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

31 And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.

32 And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side:

33 Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick.

34 And in the candlesticks shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.

35 And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.

36 Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.

37 And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

38 And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.

39 Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.

40 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

26 Moreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet: with cherubims of cunning work shalt thou make them.

2 The length of one curtain shall be eight and twenty cubits, and the breadth of one curtain four cubits: and every one of the curtains shall have one measure.

3 The five curtains shall be coupled together one to another; and other five curtains shall be coupled one to another.

4 And thou shalt make loops of blue upon the edge of the one curtain from the selvedge in the coupling; and likewise shalt thou make in the uttermost edge of another curtain, in the coupling of the second.

5 Fifty loops shalt thou make in the one curtain, and fifty loops shalt thou make in the edge of the curtain that is in the coupling of the second; that the loops may take hold one of another.

6 And thou shalt make fifty taches of gold, and couple the curtains together with the taches: and it shall be one tabernacle.

7 And thou shalt make curtains of goats' hair to be a covering upon the tabernacle: eleven curtains shalt thou make.

8 The length of one curtain shall be thirty cubits, and the breadth of one curtain four cubits: and the eleven curtains shall be all of one measure.

9 And thou shalt couple five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves, and shalt double the sixth curtain in the forefront of the tabernacle.

10 And thou shalt make fifty loops on the edge of the one curtain that is outmost in the coupling, and fifty loops in the edge of the curtain which coupleth the second.

11 And thou shalt make fifty taches of brass, and put the taches into the loops, and couple the tent together, that it may be one.

12 And the remnant that remaineth of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remaineth, shall hang over the backside of the tabernacle.

13 And a cubit on the one side, and a cubit on the other side of that which remaineth in the length of the curtains of the tent, it shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle on this side and on that side, to cover it.

14 And thou shalt make a covering for the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering above of badgers' skins.

15 And thou shalt make boards for the tabernacle of ****tim wood standing up.

16 Ten cubits shall be the length of a board, and a cubit and a half shall be the breadth of one board.

17 Two tenons shall there be in one board, set in order one against another: thus shalt thou make for all the boards of the tabernacle.

18 And thou shalt make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards on the south side southward.

19 And thou shalt make forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for his two tenons, and two sockets under another board for his two tenons.

20 And for the second side of the tabernacle on the north side there shall be twenty boards:

21 And their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.

22 And for the sides of the tabernacle westward thou shalt make six boards.

23 And two boards shalt thou make for the corners of the tabernacle in the two sides.

24 And they shall be coupled together beneath, and they shall be coupled together above the head of it unto one ring: thus shall it be for them both; they shall be for the two corners.

25 And they shall be eight boards, and their sockets of silver, sixteen sockets; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.

26 And thou shalt make bars of ****tim wood; five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

27 And five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the two sides westward.

28 And the middle bar in the midst of the boards shall reach from end to end.

29 And thou shalt overlay the boards with gold, and make their rings of gold for places for the bars: and thou shalt overlay the bars with gold.

30 And thou shalt rear up the tabernacle according to the fashion thereof which was shewed thee in the mount.

31 And thou shalt make a vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims shall it be made:

32 And thou shalt hang it upon four pillars of ****tim wood overlaid with gold: their hooks shall be of gold, upon the four sockets of silver.

33 And thou shalt hang up the vail under the taches, that thou mayest bring in thither within the vail the ark of the testimony: and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy place and the most holy.

34 And thou shalt put the mercy seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place.

35 And thou shalt set the table without the vail, and the candlestick over against the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south: and thou shalt put the table on the north side.

36 And thou shalt make an hanging for the door of the tent, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework.

37 And thou shalt make for the hanging five pillars of ****tim wood, and overlay them with gold, and their hooks shall be of gold: and thou shalt cast five sockets of brass for them.

La ofrenda para el tabernáculo

(Ex. 35.4-9)

25 Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo: 2 Di a los hijos de Israel que tomen para mí ofrenda; de todo varón que la diere de su voluntad, de corazón, tomaréis mi ofrenda. 3 Esta es la ofrenda que tomaréis de ellos: oro, plata, cobre, 4 azul, púrpura, carmesí, lino fino, pelo de cabras, 5 pieles de carneros teñidas de rojo, pieles de tejones, madera de acacia, 6 aceite para el alumbrado, especias para el aceite de la unción y para el incienso aromático, 7 piedras de ónice, y piedras de engaste para el efod y para el pectoral. 8 Y harán un santuario para mí, y habitaré en medio de ellos. 9 Conforme a todo lo que yo te muestre, el diseño del tabernáculo, y el diseño de todos sus utensilios, así lo haréis.

El arca del testimonio

(Ex. 37.1-9)

10 Harán también un arca de madera de acacia, cuya longitud será de dos codos y medio, su anchura de codo y medio, y su altura de codo y medio. 11 Y la cubrirás de oro puro por dentro y por fuera, y harás sobre ella una cornisa de oro alrededor. 12 Fundirás para ella cuatro anillos de oro, que pondrás en sus cuatro esquinas; dos anillos a un lado de ella, y dos anillos al otro lado. 13 Harás unas varas de madera de acacia, las cuales cubrirás de oro. 14 Y meterás las varas por los anillos a los lados del arca, para llevar el arca con ellas. 15 Las varas quedarán en los anillos del arca; no se quitarán de ella. 16 Y pondrás en el arca el testimonio que yo te daré. 17 Y harás un propiciatorio de oro fino, cuya longitud será de dos codos y medio, y su anchura de codo y medio. 18 Harás también dos querubines de oro; labrados a martillo los harás en los dos extremos del propiciatorio. 19 Harás, pues, un querubín en un extremo, y un querubín en el otro extremo; de una pieza con el propiciatorio harás los querubines en sus dos extremos. 20 Y los querubines extenderán por encima las alas, cubriendo con sus alas el propiciatorio; sus rostros el uno enfrente del otro, mirando al propiciatorio los rostros de los querubines. 21 Y pondrás el propiciatorio encima del arca, y en el arca pondrás el testimonio que yo te daré. 22 Y de allí me declararé a ti, y hablaré contigo de sobre el propiciatorio, de entre los dos querubines que están sobre el arca del testimonio, todo lo que yo te mandare para los hijos de Israel.

La mesa para el pan de la proposición

(Ex. 37.10-16)

23 Harás asimismo una mesa de madera de acacia; su longitud será de dos codos, y de un codo su anchura, y su altura de codo y medio. 24 Y la cubrirás de oro puro, y le harás una cornisa de oro alrededor. 25 Le harás también una moldura alrededor, de un palmo menor de anchura, y harás a la moldura una cornisa de oro alrededor. 26 Y le harás cuatro anillos de oro, los cuales pondrás en las cuatro esquinas que corresponden a sus cuatro patas. 27 Los anillos estarán debajo de la moldura, para lugares de las varas para llevar la mesa. 28 Harás las varas de madera de acacia, y las cubrirás de oro, y con ellas será llevada la mesa. 29 Harás también sus platos, sus cucharas, sus cubiertas y sus tazones, con que se libará; de oro fino los harás. 30 Y pondrás sobre la mesa el pan de la proposición delante de mí continuamente.

El candelero de oro

(Ex. 37.17-24)

31 Harás además un candelero de oro puro; labrado a martillo se hará el candelero; su pie, su caña, sus copas, sus manzanas y sus flores, serán de lo mismo. 32 Y saldrán seis brazos de sus lados; tres brazos del candelero a un lado, y tres brazos al otro lado. 33 Tres copas en forma de flor de almendro en un brazo, una manzana y una flor; y tres copas en forma de flor de almendro en otro brazo, una manzana y una flor; así en los seis brazos que salen del candelero; 34 y en la caña central del candelero cuatro copas en forma de flor de almendro, sus manzanas y sus flores. 35 Habrá una manzana debajo de dos brazos del mismo, otra manzana debajo de otros dos brazos del mismo, y otra manzana debajo de los otros dos brazos del mismo, así para los seis brazos que salen del candelero. 36 Sus manzanas y sus brazos serán de una pieza, todo ello una pieza labrada a martillo, de oro puro. 37 Y le harás siete lamparillas, las cuales encenderás para que alumbren hacia adelante. 38 También sus despabiladeras y sus platillos, de oro puro. 39 De un talento de oro fino lo harás, con todos estos utensilios. 40 Mira y hazlos conforme al modelo que te ha sido mostrado en el monte.

El tabernáculo

(Ex. 36.8-38)

26 Harás el tabernáculo de diez cortinas de lino torcido, azul, púrpura y carmesí; y lo harás con querubines de obra primorosa. 2 La longitud de una cortina de veintiocho codos, y la anchura de la misma cortina de cuatro codos; todas las cortinas tendrán una misma medida. 3 Cinco cortinas estarán unidas una con la otra, y las otras cinco cortinas unidas una con la otra. 4 Y harás lazadas de azul en la orilla de la última cortina de la primera unión; lo mismo harás en la orilla de la cortina de la segunda unión. 5 Cincuenta lazadas harás en la primera cortina, y cincuenta lazadas harás en la orilla de la cortina que está en la segunda unión; las lazadas estarán contrapuestas la una a la otra. 6 Harás también cincuenta corchetes de oro, con los cuales enlazarás las cortinas la una con la otra, y se formará un tabernáculo. 7 Harás asimismo cortinas de pelo de cabra para una cubierta sobre el tabernáculo; once cortinas harás. 8 La longitud de cada cortina será de treinta codos, y la anchura de cada cortina de cuatro codos; una misma medida tendrán las once cortinas. 9 Y unirás cinco cortinas aparte y las otras seis cortinas aparte; y doblarás la sexta cortina en el frente del tabernáculo. 10 Y harás cincuenta lazadas en la orilla de la cortina, al borde en la unión, y cincuenta lazadas en la orilla de la cortina de la segunda unión.

11 Harás asimismo cincuenta corchetes de bronce, los cuales meterás por las lazadas; y enlazarás las uniones para que se haga una sola cubierta. 12 Y la parte que sobra en las cortinas de la tienda, la mitad de la cortina que sobra, colgará a espaldas del tabernáculo. 13 Y un codo de un lado, y otro codo del otro lado, que sobra a lo largo de las cortinas de la tienda, colgará sobre los lados del tabernáculo a un lado y al otro, para cubrirlo. 14 Harás también a la tienda una cubierta de pieles de carneros teñidas de rojo, y una cubierta de pieles de tejones encima.

15 Y harás para el tabernáculo tablas de madera de acacia, que estén derechas. 16 La longitud de cada tabla será de diez codos, y de codo y medio la anchura. 17 Dos espigas tendrá cada tabla, para unirlas una con otra; así harás todas las tablas del tabernáculo. 18 Harás, pues, las tablas del tabernáculo; veinte tablas al lado del mediodía, al sur. 19 Y harás cuarenta basas de plata debajo de las veinte tablas; dos basas debajo de una tabla para sus dos espigas, y dos basas debajo de otra tabla para sus dos espigas. 20 Y al otro lado del tabernáculo, al lado del norte, veinte tablas; 21 y sus cuarenta basas de plata; dos basas debajo de una tabla, y dos basas debajo de otra tabla. 22 Y para el lado posterior del tabernáculo, al occidente, harás seis tablas. 23 Harás además dos tablas para las esquinas del tabernáculo en los dos ángulos posteriores; 24 las cuales se unirán desde abajo, y asimismo se juntarán por su alto con un gozne; así será con las otras dos; serán para las dos esquinas. 25 De suerte que serán ocho tablas, con sus basas de plata, dieciséis basas; dos basas debajo de una tabla, y dos basas debajo de otra tabla. 26 Harás también cinco barras de madera de acacia, para las tablas de un lado del tabernáculo, 27 y cinco barras para las tablas del otro lado del tabernáculo, y cinco barras para las tablas del lado posterior del tabernáculo, al occidente. 28 Y la barra de en medio pasará por en medio de las tablas, de un extremo al otro. 29 Y cubrirás de oro las tablas, y harás sus anillos de oro para meter por ellos las barras; también cubrirás de oro las barras. 30 Y alzarás el tabernáculo conforme al modelo que te fue mostrado en el monte.

31 También harás un velo de azul, púrpura, carmesí y lino torcido; será hecho de obra primorosa, con querubines; 32 y lo pondrás sobre cuatro columnas de madera de acacia cubiertas de oro; sus capiteles de oro, sobre basas de plata. 33 Y pondrás el velo debajo de los corchetes, y meterás allí, del velo adentro, el arca del testimonio; y aquel velo os hará separación entre el lugar santo y el santísimo. 34 Pondrás el propiciatorio sobre el arca del testimonio en el lugar santísimo. 35 Y pondrás la mesa fuera del velo, y el candelero enfrente de la mesa al lado sur del tabernáculo; y pondrás la mesa al lado del norte.

36 Harás para la puerta del tabernáculo una cortina de azul, púrpura, carmesí y lino torcido, obra de recamador. 37 Y harás para la cortina cinco columnas de madera de acacia, las cuales cubrirás de oro, con sus capiteles de oro; y fundirás cinco basas de bronce para ella
