Psalm 71:13-24
New King James Version
13 Let them be confounded and consumed
Who are adversaries of my life;
Let them be covered with reproach and dishonor
Who seek my hurt.
14 But I will hope continually,
And will praise You yet more and more.
15 My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness
And Your salvation all the day,
For I do not know their limits.
16 I will go in the strength of the Lord God;
I will make mention of Your righteousness, of Yours only.
17 O God, You have taught me from my youth;
And to this day I declare Your wondrous works.
18 Now also when I am old and grayheaded,
O God, do not forsake me,
Until I declare Your strength to this generation,
Your power to everyone who is to come.
19 Also Your righteousness, O God, is very high,
You who have done great things;
O God, who is like You?
20 You, who have shown me great and severe troubles,
Shall revive me again,
And bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
21 You shall increase my greatness,
And comfort me on every side.
22 Also with the lute I will praise You—
And Your faithfulness, O my God!
To You I will sing with the harp,
O Holy One of Israel.
23 My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You,
And my soul, which You have redeemed.
24 My tongue also shall talk of Your righteousness all the day long;
For they are confounded,
For they are brought to shame
Who seek my hurt.

Psalm 71:13 ashamed
Psalm 71:19 great, lit. to the height of heaven
Salmos 71:13-24
Reina Valera Actualizada
13 Sean avergonzados y desfallezcan los adversarios de mi alma.
Sean cubiertos de vergüenza y de confusión los que buscan mi mal.
14 Pero yo siempre esperaré;
te alabaré más y más.
15 Mi boca proclamará tu justicia
y tu salvación todo el día,
aunque no sepa enumerarlas.
16 Celebraré los poderosos hechos del SEÑOR Dios ;
haré memoria de tu justicia,
que es solo tuya.
17 Oh Dios, tú me has enseñado desde mi juventud;
hasta ahora he manifestado
tus maravillas.
18 Aun en la vejez y en las canas
no me desampares, oh Dios,
hasta que proclame a la posteridad
las proezas de tu brazo,
tu poderío a todos los que
han de venir,
19 y tu justicia, oh Dios, hasta lo sumo. Porque has hecho grandes cosas. ¡Oh Dios, quién como tú!
20 Tú, que me has hecho ver
muchas angustias y males,
volverás a darme vida
y de nuevo me levantarás
desde los abismos de la tierra.
21 Aumentarás mi grandeza
y me volverás a consolar.
22 Asimismo, oh Dios mío,
te alabaré con la lira.
Tu verdad cantaré con el arpa,
oh Santo de Israel.
23 Mis labios se alegrarán
cuando yo te cante salmos;
aun mi alma, a la cual has redimido.
24 También mi lengua hablará de tu justicia todo el día
porque fueron avergonzados y confundidos los que procuraban
mi mal.

Salmos 71:16 Lit., Señor YHWH
Psalm 71:13-24
Evangelical Heritage Version
13 Let them be ashamed.
Let my murderous accusers be consumed.
Let those who seek to harm me be covered
with shame and disgrace.
Present and Future Praise
14 But as for me, I will always keep hoping.
I will keep adding to my praise for you.
15 My mouth will tell about your righteousness,
about your salvation all day long,
although I do not know how to tell all about it.
16 I will come and tell about your mighty deeds, Lord God.
I will commemorate your righteousness, yours alone.
17 God, you have taught me since my youth,
and even now I still declare your marvelous deeds.
18 Even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me,
till I declare the strength of your arm to the next generation,
your power to all who are to come.
Closing Confidence
19 Your righteousness, God, reaches to the heights.
You have done great things.
God, who is like you,
20 you who have made us see many troubles and disasters?
You will give us life again.
From the depths of the earth you will bring me up again.
21 You will increase my greatness and comfort me once again.
Closing Praise
22 Yes, I will praise you, my God, for your faithfulness.
I will praise you with an instrument, with the harp.
I will make music to you with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel.
23 My lips will shout with joy when I make music to you.
Even my soul, which you have redeemed, will shout.
24 Indeed, my tongue will tell of your righteousness all day long.
How ashamed, how disgraced they are—
those who are trying to harm me.
