I just had to. I am so sad about this war. How many more will die?
So far more of our boys have died in Iraq than died in the Twin Towers attack.
The other day a recruiter called and asked for my son. When I said he wasn't there and could I take a message, she told me that she was from the Army and wanted to talk to him. I said don't call back. She got quite snooty and said he is 18 years old and you can't keep him from talking to me. I told her that as long as he lived with me and I was paying for his schooling yes I could tell him what to do.
I do not my children coming home in boxes or maimed in someway.
