We need to honor our parents who made MH what it is and what it was. Many of our parents came to MH to find "the city with a future". They came hoping for the American dream for their families and most of them found it. I think that my growing up in MH was one of the best places to grow up. And as Carolyn said "it is home".
We need our classmates to write about their parents and what they contributed to MH, please some of you who still have your parents do it before you don't have them to ask the questions you will inevitably want answered. I think of things from my childhood I would like to ask my parents about now but can't. If your parents are gone please write down what you remember and document their contributions and post them to one of the websites. We need that history to be written down before it is too late.
