Just for you Kathy. It does say Easter, doesn't it. I can still feel the softness of those baby chicks. I think most of the ones I got as child ended up with my grandparents. One year I won some duck eggs,which we took to my grandparents and their chickens sat on them and raised them. It was so funny to see a hen with baby ducks following her around.

I bet that was really cute to see little chickens following a duck! Ours ended up at my Grandmother's housekeepers...We found out years later SHE ATE THEM! Glad we did not know it at the time!
