Jim was walking the halls of his Brigade headquarters, and saw a young Captain roaming about. He asked if he could help, and the young man replied he was looking for job announcements.. Jim invited him to his office and spoke with him. He is originally from Mountain Home, Idaho. His name is Phillip Franks, and he is an Army medical evacuation pilot. Jim asked if his parents lived in Mountain Home, and Phillip said yes. Tim Franks has alot to be proud of!
