I saw Jerry Beck where I work. He was with the State Board of Education, big meeting on campus. I remembered his face, seeing him at school, in the halls, but I couldn't remember his name. So, I introduced myself, we chatted, but he didn't remember me. He was a class behind, so maybe that's why. I have been lurking and thought I would post.
Hi Marion...haven't talked to you for ages! Jerry & his wife (Barbara Leydett) were at our class reunion last year on Friday night (at the Golf Course) & he was acting President of CSI at the time, soon to be made President. He grew up next door to me on 6th St. & is very humble about his accomplishments. Gig has taken his Seniors to CSI two years in a row and has visited with him when there. Besides touring the campus, his students went to the Planetarium, right there on campus...Gig said if anyone is ever in the Twin Falls area, this Planetarium is absolutely awesome to see.
