Dorothy Terrell died peacefully this morning in the MH hospital. She was the mother of Tom '67, Bob '64 and Jim '60. According to family, the fueneral will be Tuesday or Wednesday.

To the Hopkins and us Days in MH, she was our aunt (older sister to both our mothers, who were twins).

Somehow it just keeps raining losses...
Seems like the wrong feeling for this time of year, but, none the less; we can all remember together...

Mourn Free

What is it to mourn, what causes it to be?
Why does it hurt and will I ever be free?
It comes from within and encompasses all.
Every move that I make, every memory I recall---

It's a love that is lost or a life that is gone.
Someone I cared for that now has moved on.
The hurt is forever, but it eases with time
as I give it to GOD. HIS love is my sunshine!!

HE cradles my heartache in HIS loving arms
and HE tells me HE loves me and will do me no harm.
So on I go and I know in my heart, the need to mourn
is only the start to heal from a loss that's greater than me, and with GODS help, some day I'll be free!!!
