during a recent holiday in Spain I , for no apparent reason, became anxios,unable to concentrate, unable to sleep and now off work and in a right state. The doctor has prescribed some sleeping tablets and some anti depessants [venaflaxine] I am very worried that I will never be the happy,contented, easy going man again . What should I do! PLEASE ADVISE/HELP
