I have recently bought a wd 16h and would like to know if it is possible to find out what the original colour would have been its been dated at 1940. thankyou

1939/40 WD vehicles mere painted Khaki Green No.3...greenish in some light and brownish in others...generally something of a goose-dropping green...

A devil of a colour to match, especially in a suitably matt and fuel-resistant medium
