I have built 3 DIII's. all have had the front baffle straight no rounded edges. this time I rounded the edges as outlined. It came out well. however when I went to veneer, the material cracked, and it would not sit snug around the rounded edge, I had pre-glued so I could not redo. now it looks really bad( Buts sounds really good). Did I miss something???? Are there tricks to veneering over the rounded edges?

Use 10 mil paper backed vaneer and it should not crack around a gradual round over. Use a heat gun to take the old vaneer off.
