Dayton budget 2 way vetn location

In the enclosure description for the Dayton Budget 2 way, it states to center the vent on the rear panel. The picture shows the vent in the top half of the rear panel. Does it make a difference where the vent is located? Does it need to be behind the tweeter as in the Dayton III?
