MOREL SUPREME 110 in a 2-way system
I’m looking for a little advice on the crossover design of a 2-way system utilizing the MOREL SUPREME 110 tweeter and a 6.5” Morel HU621 woofer in a 7 X 12 X 8 ported enclosure of .39 cubic ft. interior.
Based on the principle of crossing over the tweeter 2 octaves above the fs of the Supremes (680 Hz), I arrived at a high pass crossover at 2000Hz. I’m not sure what the low pass of the woofer should be or whether the crossover should be 1st or 2nd order. I purchased these drivers because of their higher efficiency because I want to drive them with a lower powered tube amplifier. Thanks!
