Studio engineer for the Wishfuls tells me that an official Vol.2 was never recorded or planned for release, so I assume this Vol.2 is a live boot of a gig.
Vol.1 incidentally was recorded live in a specially constructed area in the yard outside the studio, with guests invited from the fan club.
That debut wishful thinking album was a real disappointed to me, sort of mainstream harmony pop, the cover promises so much better!!as for hiroshima, that's a far better album and right up my street, veered away from the straight pop to more early progpop like sound. They sort of remind me of the magic lanterns, had the good look, but most of their recordings were pretty tame affairs, 2 major disappointments on first hearing both bands way back when I had less wrinkles!!
