finally heard tj assembly travelin round. i thought it was a fairly decent album a lot more garagey then what i expected but it was just a relief to finallyb hear it after waiting so long. only 99 copies pressed as it is one of the rarest artefacts of the psychedelic era. wonderful stuff
Bath band, when they split up in Autumn 1967 they spent 45 shillings (that's £2.50 to you) to record and self-release a mere 25 copies of an LP "Travelin' Round"

yes good observation. 25 copies. i thought it was 99. now would love to hear jygsaw record their own.also loads of great tracks on the british music archive site.would love to get mp3s of these but i dont think you can.
3 of their tracks appear on the Trippin' and Smokin' CD comp along with other private UK stuff, mostly in the hard/prog rock direction. It can be had fairly cheap.
